When will my yard greeting be delivered?

The Sign Girls will deliver your yard card the morning of your event/occasion. Contact us if morning setup does not work for you.

 

Does someone need to be home when The Sign Girls set up the yard card and pick up?

You do not have to be home for the set up or pick up of your yard card unless you live in a gated area.  BUT, WE DO ASK THAT IF THE SIGN IS A SURPRISE TO PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE AT THE RESIDENCE KNOWS WE ARE SETTING UP SO WE DON'T STARTLE ANYONE.

 

Will you deliver if pets are present?

If there is a dog on the premises, please make mention of this during booking and someone must be present during setup/pick up. Pets need to be secured inside the home or in a fenced/secure area for our safety. Be mindful that pets may cause a disturbance during setup and ruin the surprise. If there are dog(s) present upon arrival you will be contacted to try to have the dog secured. If the dog(s) are not secured, we will not be able to setup your yard card and you will not be refunded.

 

Do I need to do anything to the yard before you set up?

If it's been dry you can help us by watering your yard before we arrive to set up your yard card greeting , this helps to soften up the ground.  If you are having yard work done by a crew or yourself please complete before we set up the yard greeting.  PLEASE DO NOT MOW YOUR GRASS WHILE THE SIGN IS IN YOUR YARD THIS CAN RESULT IN DAMAGED OR STAINED SIGNS.

 

Where do you deliver?

Included within the pricing is delivery within 10 miles of our location anything beyond that will incur additional charges, see pricing.  We will contact you if you are outside the delivery zone.

 

How will we know when the setup is complete?

Photographs will be taken of the yard card and emailed or texted as proof of setup. Photographs will also be used on all social media platforms unless you request otherwise. No addresses, car tags, or personal info will be targeted. In the event they cannot be avoided, they will be blurred.

Do you offer any licensed themes such as sports teams, Disney or other characters?

Unfortunately, we are not able to use trademarked, licensed or copyrighted items and images. We are happy to do our best to match your theme and color scheme to the best of our ability to complete your display vision. 

 

What happens if the signs are damaged?

The Sign Girls keep high-quality yard card displays to provide yard card rental services throughout the community all year long.  Please take care of the signs as they will be collected and used to bring a smile to other yards.   The person that orders the yard card from The Sign Girls is responsible. Moving the yard card after set up, causing damage, throwing away or tampering with a sign will make you responsible to pay full replacement value. This includes each individual letter, number, character or stakes.  We ask that you not request yard cards for areas that would invite vandalism or theft.  We reserve the right to refuse to deliver yard cards to areas that the signs or we may be at risk.
